Processing Your Order

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-9 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Processing Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipping Delivery Estimates

Trimost Nutrition offers the following shipping options:

– USPS Domestic (US):59 business days approx.

UPS Domestic (US):57 business days approx.

GlobalPost (International): 12-16 business days approx.

UPS Worldwide (International): estimated of 1216 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide. If we do not currently ship to your country, please contact us at support@trimost.com.

International Orders: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be subject to restrictions or regulations that limit shipping to certain regions or countries. If your order contains such items, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@trimost.com with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Trimost Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your carrier or neighbors. If necessary, contact us for assistance.
